Scheduled Maintenance

iRound Monthly System Maintenance - January 3rd Jan 3, 2026 23:00 - Jan 4, 2026 03:00 UTC

The next Press Ganey system maintenance will take place on Saturday, January 3, 2026 from approximately 6-10 pm ET.

During the scheduled downtime window, iRound will be unavailable to collect or view data. For clients sending HL7 messages, these messages will queue and begin processing once iRound is back online.

iRound release on January 8, 2026 Jan 8, 2026 08:00-10:00 UTC

iRound's next product upgrade will take place on Thursday, January 8th, between 3 and 5am ET. During this scheduled downtime, users will not be able to access iRound to collect or view data. All HL7 ADT Messages will queue during this time and will process in the order received when iRound is back online.
