We want to clarify an issue regarding the Press Ganey status page notification that was sent this morning at approximately 5:00 a.m. The email incorrectly indicated that the HRP scheduled maintenance was already in progress.
Please note that this notification was sent in error. The scheduled maintenance window has not changed and is still planned for: Thursday, August 6, 2026 11:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST)
