Identified - 1.13.26: Bing Places partners have reported widespread delays affecting both performance data reporting and profile publishing. Microsoft is actively working on a fix, and we are closely monitoring the situation. We'll provide updates as soon as normal operations resume. Additionally, as of 5.8.2025: Bing has informed us of an issue where they are stripping the UTM parameters from the URLs we are syndicating through our Listings product. The base URL is still syndicating successfully. This is impacting all clients with Listings that have manually added UTM links in DataManager or are using the feature to automatically append UTM parameters to URLs in DataManager. Bing is currently estimating 6-8 weeks for the feature to be restored.

Investigating - While performing routine checks, we observed that the Docspot harvesters are unable to pull in results from Docspot listings due to page blocking and access issues. As a result, Listings Accuracy is not reflecting correctly and Reputation review ingestion is not working for DocSpot reviews. Our Engineering team is working with the partner on a solution.

Our Patient Experience (PGFusion) application will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm ET on Wednesday, June 17th. There is no downtime expected, however users may experience intermittent connection issues if working in the PGFusion application during this time.

NDNQI will be undergoing planned maintenance for server updates on Tuesday June 23 12:01 AM to Wednesday June 24th 11:59 PM EDT

During this time, NDNQI will be unavailable to submit data, view reports, perform unit management or user management.

If you have an upcoming Magnet submission, download all data summary reports and Magnet reports prior to this date.

Please note there has been an update to the previously published iRound release schedule. iRound's next product upgrade originally scheduled for July 2nd has been rescheduled and will now take place on Thursday, June 25th, between 3 and 5am ET. During this scheduled downtime, users will not be able to access iRound to collect or view data. All HL7 ADT Messages will queue during this time and will process in the order received when iRound is back online.

Monitoring - We have identified a delay with the process that publishes InfoTurn Results and Bad Address files to PGFusion My Files for Patient Experience uploads. The delay also impact the phone audio files or mail scanned survey images in the Completed Surveys feature. New files have not been published since 5/30. Our IT team has implemented a fix and we are currently monitoring the progress. We currently expect publishing to be caught up by later this afternoon or evening.
