Investigating - While performing routine checks, we observed that the Docspot harvesters are unable to pull in results from Docspot listings due to page blocking and access issues. As a result, Listings Accuracy is not reflecting correctly and Reputation review ingestion is not working for DocSpot reviews. Our Engineering team is working with the partner on a solution.

Identified - Bing Places partners have reported widespread delays affecting both performance data reporting and profile publishing. iRound's next product upgrade will take place on Thursday, May 7th, between 3 and 5am ET. During this scheduled downtime, users will not be able to access iRound to collect or view data. All HL7 ADT Messages will queue during this time and will process in the order received when iRound is back online.

Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Our Engineering team was able to correct an issue that was causing delays with data delivery to HealthGrades. HealthGrades has confirmed they are receiving data again and are actively processing updates.

Investigating - All HealthGrades updates for providers are currently paused. Provider data changes submitted to HealthGrades during this window will not be reflected on HealthGrades profiles until updates are able to resume. There is no impact to existing live provider listings. This data remains visible and unchanged. Our Engineering and Product teams are currently investigating the issue. Additional updates will be provided when more information is available.

Monitoring - We experienced delays that impacted the delivery of SMS and email survey invitations for Patient Experience surveys over the weekend on 4/11 and 4/12. As a result, the volume of survey returns and comments in our PGFusion reporting platforms may be lower than usual for those days. Our IT teams have implemented a fix and are currently monitoring survey processing. We expect there to be an increase in survey returns this week as the backlog of survey invitations continues to catch up.
