iRound Monthly System Maintenance - February 28th Feb 28, 2026 23:00 - Mar 1, 2026 03:00 UTC

The next Press Ganey system maintenance will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from approximately 6-10 pm ET.

During the scheduled downtime window, iRound will be unavailable to collect or view data. For clients sending HL7 messages, these messages will queue and begin processing once iRound is back online.

Update - Please note that the iRound release schedule for March and April has been updated. The next iRound release will now be on March 5th and the release originally scheduled for April 9th will now take place on March 26th.

Scheduled - Our Patient Experience (PGFusion) and Nursing Excellence applications will be undergoing scheduled maintenance from 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm ET on Thursday, February 19th. There is no downtime expected, however users may experience intermittent connection issues if working in the PGFusion application during this time.

Investigating - We are experiencing a delay in updating Patient Experience survey data for PGFusion reporting. Survey and comment data in PGFusion is currently available through 2/16/2026 returns. Any scheduled Query Tool or Comment Dashboard reports will be delivered when the data refresh has completed. Our IT teams are actively working to update the data.
