The next Press Ganey system maintenance will take place on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from approximately 6-10 pm EDT.
During the scheduled downtime window, iRound will be unavailable to collect or view data. For clients sending HL7 messages, these messages will queue and begin processing once iRound is back online.
